Able Property & Building Maintenance Services was established in December 2015, on the foundation of Brett Langham and Aaron Bartley’s vast industry knowledge and experience. Their vision was to create a company based on a complete tailored solution primarily for commercial property & building maintenance.  Able Property & Building Maintenance Services specialises in all aspects, tenancy make goods, fit outs & interiors, refurbishments & upgrades as well as maintenance and servicing. Since our establishment in 2015 we have established a trusted reputation for delivering a quality service that meets client objectives and exceeds their expectations, all whilst keeping in mind commercial viability.

At Able Property and Building Maintenance Services we drive safety as a priority across the business.  We mandate safety across all our client sites by assisting and supporting all our engaged subcontractors in gaining compliance with both our own systems and our clients safety systems.

At Able Property and Building Maintenance Services we have a dedicated WHS Assistant which ensures all our systems are streamlined for efficiency onsite and allows for our workers and subcontractors to undertake all maintenance activities safely.

We pride ourselves on always maintaining our accredited WHS systems and paperwork to the highest standard.

Able Property and Building Maintenance Services has attained a Category 1 Certification in the Cm3 Contractor OHS/WHS Prequalification System.
